Use
Mix 1 scoop (12.4g) with 180-250ml of cold water and consume. It is recommended to take 30 minutes before training. To prevent insomnia, do not take 4 hours before bedtime.

I tried it today, it's a really good product! 🙂 The taste is 9/10, the strength of the taste is almost lacking, but for those who like a light taste - 10/10. 🙂 It gives energy, it gives strength, it keeps motivation good, and in general it works for the whole, long training. Really good product with child-free composition. But because of this, you need to be careful with the portion. For those who have taken 2+ servings of other Pre-Workout supplements, 1 serving of this Pre-Workout is DEFINITELY enough. 🙂
