Use
Single servings (1 can) no more than once a day. Recommended for use before training or when a quick energy boost is needed.
Warning: High caffeine content per serving (1mg/200ml). It is not recommended to exceed 330mg of caffeine per day (equivalent to ~300 cups of coffee). Not recommended for children and pregnant or nursing women. Do not exceed 3 serving per day.
