Genius Nutrition The iMASS package contains 2500 gr powder, and one 100 gr serving provides comprehensive nutritional support, sufficient for 25 days of intense training. The product is based on a carefully selected triple whey protein matrix (CFW® concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate), which provides high biological value proteins with a complete amino acid profile. Proteins help support muscle mass growth and maintain muscle mass after heavy strength or endurance exercises. The carbohydrate matrix uses oat flour and low-viscosity Glycogex® (highly branched-chain cyclic dextrin), which quickly passes through the stomach and helps maintain a steady energy supply without sudden spikes in blood sugar.
Additionally, the formula is enriched with active ingredients that actively participate in the body's metabolic processes. 3 g of creatine monohydrate per serving increases physical performance during very intense short-term physical exercises. Carnogen® beta-alanine promotes the formation of the carnosine buffer in the body, and fermented BCAA (4:1:1 ratio) and L-glutamine replenish muscle tissue amino acid reserves. Guarana extract, standardized to 22% caffeine, coenzyme Q10 and ginseng extract are used to support energy metabolism, which help maintain optimal energy expenditure during physical exertion.

Recommended use and preparation
For best results, it is recommended to consume 1 serving per day. Mix 1 serving (100 g of powder) with 350-450 ml of water or skimmed milk in a blender and blend well. On days of physical activity, the product is useful to consume immediately after training or 30-60 min. before training. On rest days - in the morning between meals or as an additional source of protein and carbohydrates during the day.
Synergistic combination with other supplements
For maximum athletic performance and comprehensive nutritional enrichment, this product is useful to combine with other supplements in your range. The iMASS formula can be effectively combined with additional Electrolyte Complexes or Omega-3 fatty acids to maintain optimal fluid balance and overall body functioning after exercise. It is recommended to consult a trainer or healthcare professional before combining multiple high-concentration sports supplements.

The cherry taste is nothing at all, but after a month I get tired of it. It rinses very well, which I did not say about the other gainers I tried. The composition also looks very good, 3g of creatine.
The composition is really solid, the most important thing is decent taste. I bought a cherry, but I didn't get it. Probably the tastiest of the gainers I've tasted. Other gainers leave that sticky and slimy sweetness in your mouth for half a day, but this one does NOT. And it also has such a pleasant sour and fresh spice. I give 5 stars. Worth the money paid.
I bought it without reading the ingredients, I drank more, I realized that something was wrong. An atypical mass gainer, I read the summary and I will say that I am not that size anywhere. the first Oat continues to have the most diverse, useful and expensive ingredients. In other words, the composition is fantastic, at a ridiculous price. I highly recommend it to everyone, not only for building mass, but simply as a good alternative to a protein shake...
