Genius Nutrition WARCRY Shot – is a highly concentrated liquid pre-workout complex, packaged in a convenient 100 ml in a bottle, which is enough for one intense workout. The core of the product consists of scientifically based active ingredients: even 7000 mg L-citrulline DL-malate (2:1 ratio) and 1000 mg L-arginine HCL, which act as direct precursors to nitric oxide (NO). This combination dilates blood vessels, helping to improve blood flow and the delivery of nutrients and oxygen to working muscles. 3600 mg Beta-alanine increases muscle carnosine stores, helping to neutralize hydrogen ions ($H^+$) and delay muscle fatigue during high-intensity exercise.
Provides exceptional support for energy and cognitive function 300 mg of caffeine anhydrous per serving, balanced with 100 mg L-theanine. This synergy helps maintain a high level of alertness and concentration, avoiding unpleasant nervousness or sudden energy drops. Additionally included 1000 mg trimethylglycine (betaine) and 500 mg Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) contributes to the maintenance of normal lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, and CocoMineral® Coconut water concentrate helps maintain fluid balance during physical exertion. Recommended use and preparation
For best results, it is recommended to consume 1 serving per day. Shake well. 100 ml bottle and drink the entire contents. On days of physical activity, it is useful to consume the product 15-30 min. before training. Due to the high caffeine content (300 mg per serving) is recommended not to be taken less than 6 hours before bedtime.
Synergistic combination with other supplements
For maximum athletic performance and comprehensive nutritional enrichment, it is useful to combine this product with other supplements in your range. Since WARCRY Shot has a high content of nitric oxide boosters and stimulants, it is especially worth combining the product with fast-absorbing whey protein isolate (CFM protein) or EAA amino acids after training to maintain and rebuild muscle mass. It is also suitable for daily use in combination with micronized creatine monohydrate, which helps increase physical performance during short-term intense exercises. Before combining several high-concentration sports supplements, it is recommended to consult a trainer or healthcare professional.
