Return and Refund Policy

We comply with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which gives consumers the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, without having to give a reason.

1. Refund due to our error
If you have received the wrong item or it was damaged/defective, please contact us immediately by email. info@humanperformance.ltWe will arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the money paid. In this case, all costs of returning the goods will be covered by us (the Seller).

2. Return for other reasons
If you change your mind or the item does not meet your expectations (e.g. size, color, style or other personal reasons), you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, if the item is unused and undamaged in original packaging.

Condition of goods
The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received, with all packaging and accessories.

Return costs
In this case, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are not refundable.

3. Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery. Also, custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
