Recommended use and dosage
For best results, it is recommended to mix 1 serving (12 g of powder) with 250-300 ml of water or your favorite beverage and consume once a day, during a meal (or in the morning on an empty stomach, if the manufacturer clearly states for a specific substance), with a glass of water.
Synergistic combination with other supplements

I tried it and was satisfied. You feel a rush of energy, the taste is really quite good, considering the fact that it contains a lot of hardy plants. Personally, I find it quite sweet, although only stevia is sweetened as a craft. I will definitely buy more. Although many use athletic green without breaks, I will do it periodically. One important note, there is a large amount of prebiotics and probiotics, so it is best to start taking it before the weekend when you don't have to go anywhere.
Your gut will need time to adjust to the new biota. Therefore, in the beginning, you may feel bloated or twist your stomach, maybe even constipated. Don't worry, it can't be otherwise. After the course, it is important not to contaminate the body again with junk food and sweets.
Which is better AG1 or GN1. In my opinion, both are very worthy of attention. Ag1 came first, but in terms of composition, I think GN1 is ahead of AG1.
