These active ingredients contribute to the maintenance of normal thermogenesis processes in the body and help maintain optimal energy expenditure during exercise. Additionally integrated B vitamins (B3 and B6) contribute to normal energy production in metabolism and help reduce fatigue after intense training.

Recommended use and preparation
For best results, it is recommended to consume 1 serving (3 capsules) per day, with sufficient water. On days of physical activity, it is useful to take the product 30-60 min. before training, and on days of rest - in the morning before meals or in the first half of the day. It is not recommended to take it less than 6 hours before bedtime due to the caffeine content.
Synergistic combination with other supplements
For maximum athletic performance and complete nutritional enrichment, this product is useful to combine with other supplements in your range. For comprehensive metabolic support, it is recommended to combine it with additional liquid L-carnitine or CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). For post-workout muscle mass preservation, pure whey protein isolate (WPI) or BCAA amino acids. Avoid taking with other high-concentration stimulants or additional sources of caffeine. It is recommended to consult a trainer or healthcare professional before combining multiple high-concentration sports supplements.
