Use
➠ On training days: Mix 1 scoop (33g) or half a scoop (27.5g) with 200ml of cold water (whisk for about 20-30 seconds). Consume immediately after training.
➠ On days off: At any time of the day, most recommended between meals.
Why do we show different portion sizes and what to choose?
Statistically, the human body can absorb 20 to 25 g of protein at one time. In this case, the manufacturer offers a larger quantity, humanperformance.lt smaller, average. We are both right, but it is in the manufacturer's interest that you consume more, and ours, that you consume more rationally. Whey X5 - high is extremely high quality protein.
If you are simply a Man or Woman who does sports or promotes a healthy lifestyle, you can safely use a smaller amount. If you are a bodybuilder, your needs may be different. After many years of sports, you know what is best for you.

In 2021, I started going to the gym. The first protein I bought was whey x5. I liked the taste and it was all good, I had nothing to compare it to because I hadn't tasted any others. Later, because of the variety, I bought healthy choice Lithuanian, scitec nutrition, Biotech USA zero and of course myprotein in other stores. After trying more different proteins, I realized that not all of them are the same. I felt some kind of heaviness in my stomach from some of them, others somehow didn't enjoy it very much and wanted to finish it as soon as possible.
So after running all over the place I go back to Whey X5. It suits me very well, it is tasty and the price is very low compared to other products. And the composition is fantastic. 9 out of 10 from me.

I tried it and I give it a 10. Very tasty, medium consistency. I don't feel any discomfort in my stomach at all, although I have a hard time tolerating lactose, so many proteins don't suit me. The taste is very good, it feels like you're drinking a nutritious diet shake with a lot of protein ???? not too sweet, not too much, not too little. You can feel a pinch of salt, which makes it even closer to the feeling that I'm drinking a real dessert

I took the risk of trying the Vanilla Honey flavor. Really great flavor, very nice texture, easy to drink. I look forward to drinking every cocktail ?????????????????

Vanilla honey tastes very sweet, from the reviews it seems that the other flavors are too sweet. It digests well, rinses well too.
I didn't notice any difference in absorption compared to regular whey protein.

I've been using Whey-X5 for ~5 years now (maybe a little more), so I wanted to write a long, objective review that wouldn't even make others think "should I buy this protein or not..." 🙂
This is one of those protein mixes that you taste and understand – it’s not “just protein”, but a dessert that is also useful. Great composition, high-level taste, consistency – neither too liquid nor too thick, and drinking the cocktail is a pleasant ritual. I rate it 10/10.
And speaking of flavors, each one is worth mentioning separately:
Vanilla Honey:
The gentle aroma of vanilla is enveloped by the sweetness of honey – just open the package and the whole kitchen smells DELICIOUS. 😀 Not too sweet, but enough to immediately feel the “dessert” side. The vanilla base is creamy, and the honey gives a warm, natural sweetness that does not overload the taste. It mixes perfectly, drinks easily, there is no “floury” aftertaste – just a pleasant, delicious protein cocktail, which when drinking, it is difficult to stop at just the set portion – you want more and more, how delicious it is. 😀
Blueberry Freeze:
I've actually only tried this flavor now, so I haven't had it VERY many times, but I can assure you: you can feel a bright blueberry note, a light sourness, but at the same time - a sweetness that wraps everything up in a dessert. A great choice when you want something berry, but not too intense.
Cookies & Cream:
This flavor is a classic that never gets old, which I first tried ~14 years ago. 😀 The feeling of crunchy cookie pieces (although they are not physically present, but the aroma conveys it), with a soft vanilla cream. The “Cream” part gives softness, and the “cookies” – some caramel/cookie crumb warmth. A great compromise between the feeling of a dessert and the functionality of a protein shake.
I haven't mentioned all the flavors yet, but I'll talk about them later. 😀
