WHICH FORM OF CREATINE IS BEST?
There is no single answer. Creatine monohydrate is the most studied form of creatine. Next to it, there are many new forms of creatine, which always arouse great interest among interested athletes.
➠Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate - Creatine alpha-ketoglutarate is a salt formed from alpha-ketoglutaric acid and creatine.
➠ Creatine Citrate, is creatine combined with hydrochloric acid. According to research, this form is 60% better absorbed than the monohydrate. This means that the required amount of this form is much less. By taking creatine HCL, you can avoid stomach discomfort, water retention under the skin.
➠HCl – Creatine Hydrochloride is a highly concentrated form of creatine that contains creatine in salt form.
➠Creatine AKG - creatine combined with alpha-ketoglutarate.
➠Tri-Creatine Malate – Creatine Malate is commonly referred to as tri-creatine malate or di-creatine malate. This form is a combination of creatine and malic acid.
➠Creatine Monohydrate - the best known and most researched form of creatine.
➠Creatine Citrate is an organic acid that occurs naturally in citrus fruits. This creatine combined with absorption-enhancing molecules.
➠Creatine pyruvate – a unique combination of creatine and pyruvic acid. Both compounds occur naturally in our bodies.

Remember: A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important! Taking care of your health is a very welcome thing. When we take care of ourselves, our physical and emotional health, we are happier, more energetic and more productive. Good sleep, physical activity, quality, healthy food and communication with other people are especially important for human health. If you include as many different foods as possible in your diet - vegetables, fruits, various grain dishes, bread products, meat, the body will absorb all the substances that are useful for it and it is likely that there will be no shortage of them. Supplements, vitamins, minerals are just nutritional supplements, use them only if you know very well that you lack one or another substance. Or if it was recommended by a doctor. An ideal option if you can take a blood test and determine exactly what substances you lack. Be healthy and happy!

My muscles eat with relish. There is a lot of sweetness, but it can be diluted with a larger amount of water. The effect of creatine is felt, the muscles are full. So far the best creatine I've ever tried.

if creapure creatine is used in 5g, then the same amount is needed, or is it calculated differently? :) thanks for the reply.

I'm glad you wrote.
Crea-F7 is very liked by many people, however, I would recommend using this product "occasionally". If you want to get the benefits of creatine, I would suggest continuing to use creatine monohydrate or a mixture of multiple creatines without other supplements e.g. "BAD ASS® CREA 4X" Mixture for Muscles and Strength 'Bad Ass' (300g/52porc) – HumanPerformance.lt
I would classify Crea-F7 as a pre-workout supplement. It contains "Glycopump" and another substance that gives additional energy, PUMP. So the supplement itself is very good, it's just that you probably won't need all the benefits it provides.
Our recommendation would be to have both standard creatine monohydrate and Creaf F7:
You take standard creatine monohydrate (5-10 grams) every day, and Crea-f7 on your selected training days (20-30 minutes before training).
You stop taking it not because something bad might happen, but because you simply don't need such a large amount of creatine, and it's not that good financially.
Another very interesting product is EPIC (Dedicated Nutrition). You will only feel its benefits if you use it daily for a minimum of 30-40 days.
